Project Description
Lady bugs usually stop by for a quick visit, before flying away. This one invites children to join them for a ride to explore the garden. Children ride secured in a safe position between the two side panels, where they can experiment with balance and movement. Movement on this spring rocker involves judgment. Children must assess the situation and their ability (power and coordination skill) in order to produce the desired rocking motion – a skill that is reinforced by kids’ observation of the quickly descending and ascending flying moves performed by lady bugs in nature.
